By placing an order with Brandteesco (brandteesco.com), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your order.

1. No Return Policy

All orders placed with Brandteesco are final. We do not accept returns once goods have been ordered, produced, and delivered. This policy applies to all products including custom printed t-shirts, polo shirts, hoodies, uniforms, and all other branded apparel.

The following conditions apply:

• Orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.
• Goods that have been exchanged and delivered are subject to the agreed virtual artwork approved by the customer prior to production.
• No refunds will be issued for change of mind, colour perception differences, or design preferences after artwork approval.
• In the event of a manufacturing defect or incorrect item, Brandteesco will assess the complaint on a case-by-case basis.

2. Artwork Approval & Colour Variation

All orders are produced strictly as per the virtual artwork / digital proof approved by the customer before production begins.

• Digital artwork proofs will be shared with the customer via WhatsApp or email prior to production.
• The customer must provide written confirmation (WhatsApp message, email, or text) approving the artwork before production commences.
• Colours displayed on digital screens (monitors, mobile phones) may vary from the final printed or embroidered output due to differences in screen calibration, fabric texture, and printing technique. These variations are natural and are not considered defects.
• Brandteesco is not liable for colour variations between the digital proof and the final printed product when the artwork has been approved by the customer.
• Any changes to artwork requested after production has started will be treated as a new order.

3. Sample Policy

We understand that for large or high-value orders, customers may require a physical sample before full production.

• Physical samples are available upon request and are subject to an additional sample charge, which will be communicated at the time of request.
• Sample charges are non-refundable but may be adjusted against the final order value at Brandteesco’s discretion.
• Once a sample is approved by the customer (in writing), all subsequent production will be carried out as per the approved sample.
• Any deviation from the approved sample due to customer-requested changes after approval will be charged separately.
• Brandteesco will not be held responsible for any variation if production proceeds without a sample being requested.

4. Order Placement & Confirmation

• All orders must be confirmed in writing via WhatsApp, email, or the website contact form.
• A minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 5 pieces applies to all orders.
• Orders are accepted subject to stock availability of the selected garment.
• Brandteesco reserves the right to suggest an alternative garment of similar quality if the selected style is out of stock.
• Order confirmation is subject to receipt of advance payment or purchase order as agreed.

5. Payment Terms

• A minimum advance payment of 75% of the total order value is required before production begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• The remaining balance is due upon delivery or before dispatch.
• Brandteesco reserves the right to hold delivery until full payment is received.
• Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or any other method agreed upon.
• GST will be charged as applicable at the prevailing rate.

6. Delivery & Timelines

• Standard delivery timelines are 5 to 10 business days from the date of artwork approval and advance payment receipt.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on order volume, garment availability, and printing complexity.
• Brandteesco will not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control including courier delays, force majeure, or raw material shortages.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses. Re-delivery charges apply if delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability.
• Risk in goods passes to the customer upon delivery.

7. Customer-Supplied Artwork & Intellectual Property

• By submitting artwork, logos, or designs to Brandteesco, the customer confirms they own or have the right to use all submitted intellectual property.
• Brandteesco will not be held liable for any intellectual property infringement arising from customer-supplied artwork.
• Brandteesco retains the right to use images of completed orders for portfolio and marketing purposes unless the customer explicitly requests otherwise in writing.

8. Quality Assurance

• Brandteesco maintains strict quality checks at every stage of production.
• Minor tolerance variations of up to 5% in print placement, size, and colour are considered within acceptable manufacturing limits.
• In the unlikely event of a defective product, the customer must raise a complaint within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
• Brandteesco will investigate and, if a genuine defect is confirmed, will offer a replacement or credit note at our discretion.

9. Privacy & Data

• Customer information including name, contact details, and artwork is used solely for order processing and communication.
• Brandteesco does not sell or share customer data with third parties.
• By placing an order, you consent to receiving order-related communications via WhatsApp, email, or phone.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from orders placed with Brandteesco shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.

We encourage customers to first contact us directly to resolve any issues before pursuing formal legal remedies.
